No effort is spared, and the dashi stock is carefully and slowly prepared, staying true to the basics of Japanese cuisine, resulting in a gentle, permeating flavor.
The cooking techniques that change depending on the climate and humidity, the seasonal tableware, the hanging scrolls and fresh flowers in the store...everything is of high quality.

It's a famous restaurant that you'll want to visit every season - abalone udon in the summer, matsutake mushrooms in the fall, crab and salmon roe in the winter - and it's no wonder it achieved the remarkable feat of receiving two Michelin stars just a year and a half after opening.
