Sushi Takumi 's signature nigiri course includes a drink!
Sushi Takumi, located in a corner of Yotsuya, was founded in 1989 by one of Japan's leading sushi chefs, Keiji Nakazawa, and opened in its current location in 1993.
"The appetizers and nigiri sushi are served alternately," "Red vinegar and rice vinegar are used for each ingredient," "The aging technique is applied to modern sushi," and more. Although an increasing number of restaurants are now imitating this style, this restaurant is in fact the original, and you can enjoy the ever-evolving Edomae sushi.
Sushi Takumi always sells out quickly after releasing seats , and we will soon be announcing new seats for November.
The course also includes a drink pairing fee.
