Ginza Shinohara : Fine dining in a warm and friendly atmosphere

Chef Takemasa Shinohara's motto is to preserve the flavors he grew up with in Shiga, and even after moving to Ginza, he continues to serve what he calls "country cuisine" to customers. Ingredients are carefully selected with a free mind, but the skill is skillfully placed within the framework of Japanese cuisine.

In addition, the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes that allow you to enjoy each season, and the beauty of its "hassun" (a luxurious dish consisting of several types of seasonal seafood and mountain delicacies served on a wooden tray measuring approximately 24cm square) is truly impressive.
