Kuwabara is also well-known in the music industry, having worked as a club DJ and opened "fai" on Antique Street in Aoyama at the age of 27.
His love of yakiniku led him to train at Yakiniku Jumbo, and he opened Yoroniku, also on Kotsu-dori, in 2007. His insatiable passion for Japanese beef is said to have changed the history of yakiniku across the country, and it is even said that the history of yakiniku can be divided into "before" and "after" Yoroniku. He is a world-renowned creator of Japanese beef in both name and reality.
At Gochimeshi Exclusive, you pay for the meal together with your reservation.
