Born in Wakayama Prefecture in 1972 .
He is the representative of the Brianza Group, which has seven restaurants in Tokyo, including " La Brianza " in Roppongi Hills. He was born in Wakayama Prefecture and studied business administration at a university in the United States. After working as a company employee, he entered the food and beverage industry.
After working at an Italian restaurant in Tokyo, he went to Italy and studied cooking in eight Italian states before returning to Japan.
In 2001 , he launched Ristorante la Brianza in Daikanyama, and in 2003 , he moved to Azabu-Juban and became independent. He then developed the Brianza Group. In 2021 , he opened BRIANZA TOKYO at TOKYO TORCH Terrace . In 2023 , he opened DepTH Brianza at Azabudai Hills. In addition to restaurant management, he also provides restaurant consulting and product production both domestically and internationally.
At Gochimeshi Exclusive, you pay for the meal together with your reservation.

"Gochimeshi Exclusive" is a special treat that you can enjoy as a set with a reservation, or as a gift for yourself or with your companions.
You can send a meal to your best friend, your parents' wedding anniversary, or any other special occasion. Of course, you can also come to the store with your companion, such as your partner's birthday.
Usage
Purchase a seat at Gochimeshi Exclusive and enjoy your meal at the store on the day of your reservation.
If you tell us the name of the person who purchased the food, the person who received the seat can eat without paying.
