Owner chef: Hideaki Mitsuyama
Born in Osaka in 1970.
He started playing hardball baseball in the fourth grade of elementary school, and went on to compete in Koshien, making it to the top eight. He also lived in a dormitory in the Kichijoji area while enrolled in the Chuo University baseball team. After graduating, he got a job at a wholesale liquor store in Osaka before moving to Tokyo, where he opened a hormone and shochu shop called "Wa" in Kichijoji in November 2002. In November 2012, he opened "Nikuyama." Having provided advice and support to many people opening restaurants, he has produced over 60 stores to date. All of these stores are now thriving businesses. He is the president and representative director of a privately owned store.
At Gochimeshi Exclusive, you pay for the meal together with your reservation.
Please note that refunds cannot be made even if you cannot go to the store on the day.

"Gochimeshi Exclusive" is a special treat that you can enjoy as a set with a reservation, or as a gift for yourself or with your companions.
You can send a meal to your best friend, your parents' wedding anniversary, or any other special occasion. Of course, you can also come to the store with your companion, such as your partner's birthday.
Usage
Purchase a seat at Gochimeshi Exclusive and enjoy your meal at the store on the day of your reservation.
If you tell us the name of the person who purchased the food, the person who received the seat can eat without paying.
