Born in Tokyo in 1977, his family owns an eel restaurant. He got a job as a systems engineer, but his desire to become a yakitori chef, which he had felt attracted to through part-time work during his student days, grew, and at the age of 32, he became an apprentice at "Torishiki". After eight years of training, he went independent in Oshiage in 2017 and opened "Yakitori Omino". Inheriting the same chicken, charcoal, and techniques as his training company, he was awarded one Michelin star in 2019. In March 2021, he left the Oshiage store to a trusted second-in-command and opened "Omino Kamiyacho" in Kamiyacho with great anticipation.
At Gochimeshi Exclusive, you pay for the meal together with your reservation.

"Gochimeshi Exclusive" is a special treat that you can enjoy as a set with a reservation, or as a gift for yourself or with your companions.
You can send a meal to your best friend, your parents' wedding anniversary, or any other special occasion. Of course, you can also come to the store with your companion, such as your partner's birthday.
Usage
Purchase a seat at Gochimeshi Exclusive and enjoy your meal at the store on the day of your reservation.
If you tell us the name of the person who purchased the food, the person who received the seat can eat without paying.
