Born in 1982, from Ibaraki prefecture.
While working for a company, he was fascinated by the splendor of lamb dishes and Genghis Khan, and made up his mind after turning 30. He started his career in the food and beverage industry by training at Sapporo's popular restaurant "Sapporo Genkichi Shihan Shirokuma". After taking office as the manager of the Shimbashi branch of the same restaurant, he recorded record-high sales due to his voracious curiosity about mutton. Even after retiring, his passion did not wane, and he visited many farms in Hokkaido and Australia. Especially in Japan, I traveled 3,000km overnight to visit sheep farms in various places in my own car. Taking advantage of the enormous history, knowledge, cooking methods, and relationships with ranchers that he has gained from that, he opened his own store, “Sheep SUNRISE” in 2016. Currently, he opens the Hitsuji Sunrise Kagurazaka store, produces sheep skewers in Nishi-Azabu and many sheep restaurants, and is also a Rambassador*.

Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA), an organization that conducts marketing and PR for Aussie lamb with funding from Australian mutton producers, aims to further boost demand for mutton in the Japanese market, and promote various genres of food. Professionals are appointed as "Aussie Lamb PR Ambassadors".
At Gochimeshi Exclusive, you pay for the meal together with your reservation.
Please note that refunds cannot be made even if you cannot go to the store on the day.

"Gochimeshi Exclusive" is a special treat where you can make a reservation and a set of dishes from a well-known restaurant that everyone longs for and can't make a reservation.
You can send a meal to your best friend, your parents' wedding anniversary, or any other special occasion. Of course, you can also come to the store with your companion, such as your partner's birthday.
Usage
Purchase a seat at Gochimeshi Exclusive and enjoy your meal at the store on the day of your reservation.
If you tell us the name of the person who purchased the food, the person who received the seat can eat without paying.
