Born in Osaka Prefecture in 1990.
At the age of 18, he decided to become a chef, and after gaining experience at one of Japan's leading Italian restaurants, Ponte Vecchio, he left Osaka and set out into the world.
He worked in many star-ranked restaurants in Italy and Norway, and in his 20s, he showed off his skills as a sous chef at the three-star restaurant "Maaemo" in Oslo, Norway. After returning to Japan, he became the owner and chef of the restaurant "caveman" in "K5" in Kabutocho, Nihonbashi, before going independent.
"AC HOUSE" will open in Nishi-Azabu in May 2022.
At Gochimeshi Exclusive, you pay for the meal together with your reservation.

Usage
Purchase a seat at Gochimeshi Exclusive and enjoy your meal at the store on the day of your reservation.
If you tell us the name of the person who purchased the food, the person who received the seat can eat without paying.
