Born in Tochigi Prefecture . Fascinated by Japanese cuisine, he enrolled in a culinary school in Tokyo with the goal of becoming an independent first-class chef by age 31. After graduating, he trained at Takada Hassho, a famous Japanese restaurant in Gifu . At the young age of 25, he was selected as the head chef of a related restaurant. After that, he gained experience as a head chef at other restaurants in the same chain, and at the age of 31, he went independent. He opened "Seizan" in Tokyo, which he had decided on from the beginning. He achieved the great feat of receiving two Michelin stars just one and a half years after opening.
At Gochimeshi Exclusive, you pay for the meal together with your reservation.

You can send a meal to your best friend, your parents' wedding anniversary, or any other special occasion. Of course, you can also come to the store with your companion, such as your partner's birthday.
Usage
Purchase a seat at Gochimeshi Exclusive and enjoy your meal at the store on the day of your reservation.
If you tell us the name of the person who purchased the food, the person who received the seat can eat without paying.
