Chef: Yuta Hara
After graduating from Hana Culinary School, worked at Chinese restaurants in Tokyo and Matsudo, then studied under Mr. Nobuhisa Watanabe, the owner and chef of Bunsai Hana, a famous Cantonese restaurant in Kashiwa. Inspired by his master's cooking, which has a sense of 'and', is the foundation of his current cooking style. Opened Chugoku Menhanyu, a restaurant specializing in noodles and rice from various parts of China, in his hometown of Matsudo. After operating for 6 and a half years, he closed the Matsudo store and opened ``Shichobo Isamu'' in Shirokane, Minato Ward under the supervision of his mentor, Mr. Nobuhisa Watanabe.
At Gochimeshi Exclusive, you pay for the meal together with your reservation.
Please note that refunds cannot be made even if you cannot go to the store on the day.

"Gochimeshi Exclusive" is a special treat that you can enjoy as a set with a reservation, or as a gift for yourself or with your companions.
You can send a meal to your best friend, your parents' wedding anniversary, or any other special occasion. Of course, you can also come to the store with your companion, such as your partner's birthday.
Usage
Purchase a seat at Gochimeshi Exclusive and enjoy your meal at the store on the day of your reservation.
If you tell us the name of the person who purchased the food, the person who received the seat can eat without paying.
