Born in Tokyo.
After training for seven years from the age of 28, he opened his own restaurant, Torishiki, in 2007. It has continued to win Michelin stars since 2011.
He is the first yakitori chef in Japan to be featured on NHK's Professional program.
He currently serves as a central member of the Yakitori Masters Association (commonly known as Toritatsu) and is involved in promoting yakitori as a food culture.
At Gochimeshi Exclusive, you pay for the meal together with your reservation.
Please note that refunds cannot be made even if you cannot go to the store on the day.

Usage
Purchase a seat at Gochimeshi Exclusive and enjoy your meal at the store on the day of your reservation.
If you tell us the name of the person who purchased the food, the person who received the seat can eat without paying.
