Owner chef: Hitoshi Yamanobe
Born in Tokyo in 1980.
In 2005, he became head chef at the Ginza main store.
In 2010, he became executive chef at the Tennoz store.
In 2015, he became independent and opened Ginza Yamanobe Edo Chinese restaurant.
Since 2019, the restaurant has received one Michelin star for five consecutive years.
She is a regular on NHK's Asaichi program "Kira Kira Kitchen" and is also active in other media.
She has opened a YouTube channel called "Easy Authentic Chinese Cooking at Home" which has become very popular, with around 39,000 subscribers.
He also actively collaborates with chefs from various genres, both domestic and international, and continues to attract many customers with his innovative and unique high-end Chinese cuisine that uses carefully selected ingredients from all over Japan and reflects the changing seasons.
At Gochimeshi Exclusive, you pay for the meal together with your reservation.

"Gochimeshi Exclusive" is a special treat that you can enjoy as a set with a reservation, or as a gift for yourself or with your companions.
You can send a meal to your best friend, your parents' wedding anniversary, or any other special occasion. Of course, you can also come to the store with your companion, such as your partner's birthday.
Usage
Purchase a seat at Gochimeshi Exclusive and enjoy your meal at the store on the day of your reservation.
If you tell us the name of the person who purchased the food, the person who received the seat can eat without paying.
