" Ginza Shinohara " is a super popular store that always sells out
Since opening in Ginza in 2016, this two-star Michelin restaurant has quickly become incredibly popular, with reservations becoming extremely difficult to get.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes that allow you to enjoy each season in its entirety, and the beauty of its "hassun" (a luxurious dish consisting of several types of seasonal seafood and mountain delicacies served on a wooden tray measuring approximately 24cm square) is truly impressive.
Ginza Shinohara is extremely popular, with seats always selling out in the blink of an eye once they are announced.
We have now reserved seats for the month of October for all Gochimeshi Exclusive customers!
