Well, I would like to introduce a little bit of the famous restaurant " Sushisho " which stands in a corner of Yotsuya.
It was founded in 1989 by Keiji Nakazawa, one of Japan's leading sushi chefs, and opened in Yotsuya in 1993.
After Mr. Nakazawa, the great boss who produces the highest quality craftsmen in Japan, moved to Hawaii with a new challenge, the second generation Mr. Keita Katsumata is in charge of this Honke Yotsuya Main Store.
"Tsumami and nigiri are served alternately," "red vinegar and rice vinegar rice vinegar are used differently for each ingredient," and "modern sushi makes full use of aging techniques," etc. Nowadays, the number of restaurants that imitate is increasing. In fact, you can enjoy the ever-evolving Edomae sushi that is original to this restaurant.
