" Ginza Shinohara " is a super popular store that always sells out
Since opening in Ginza in 2016, It quickly became a very popular restaurant and it became very difficult to get a reservation. It is a famous two-star Michelin restaurant.
The seats are platinum seats, as it is a small shop with only 11 seats at the counter.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes that allow you to enjoy each season in its entirety, and the beauty of its "hassun" (a luxurious dish consisting of several types of seasonal seafood and mountain delicacies served on a wooden tray measuring approximately 24cm square) is truly impressive.
