We bring out the best of the taste of the carefully selected ingredients as they are, and finish everything you need to perfection without any compromises. Each fragrant and carefully selected dish will penetrate your heart as well as your stomach.

*Private rooms have 2 to 4 seats and can be arranged. If you are using 3 or 4 seats, please let us know.

"Ichita" is always finished with 100% hand-made soba. We are particular about using domestically produced soba seeds, and carefully select the best ones from time to time. It's a commitment that will impress connoisseurs of soba who want to come back again and again just for the soba. Please try the excitement of food that resonates with your five senses.
