Just one year after opening, Ichita was awarded one Michelin star.

Our motto is "cooking begins with the selection of ingredients," and we are particular about the freshness of the seasonal ingredients we receive from all over Japan, carefully selecting only the finest seasonal ingredients with great care and passion.

We bring out the best in the carefully selected ingredients and prepare everything perfectly, without compromise. Each dish is rich in aroma and carefully crafted to please not only your stomach, but your heart as well.

The final dish is the fragrant, hand-made 100% soba noodles, freshly ground in a stone mill in the store, which is a highlight of the store that is known to those in the know. Soba lovers will love it, and the soba connoisseurs will be impressed by the attention to detail that will make them want to come back again and again just for the soba.
