Starting a fire, drawing water, touching the air, connecting with the earth. In a small space with seven seats at the chef's counter, we offer a course of Japanese cuisine using fermentation and wood fires, respecting the customs and techniques of traditional Japanese cuisine.
We have specially reserved seats for " SHIZEN " in July 2023 for all Gochimeshi Exclusive customers!
Seats will be released tomorrow, May 24th.
