That's exactly right! If you come to Tokyo, this is a famous restaurant that you should definitely visit. The carefully selected ingredients are straightforward and simple, yet the dishes are full of surprises and discoveries that capture the season.
At Gochimeshi Exclusive, the ever-popular "Seishan" restaurant sells out instantly every time the seats are released. Although it's still a while away, we will be announcing the seats for April next year soon.
