Nikuyama : The best charcoal-grilled red meat
Nikuyama is a place that is packed with the owner, Hideaki Mitsuyama's, pursuit of food and his sense of fun, who has produced many restaurants and come up with his own management theory and advertising strategies that utilize social media management.
The meat is grilled over charcoal and sliced for easy eating, and served to customers. The meat is perfectly cooked and cut, leaving customers with a clean aftertaste that only red meat can provide. This is why it is said to have sparked the recent red meat boom.
