Restaurant Sola is a French restaurant located in the terminal building of Hakata Port.
Chef Yoshitake Hiroki, who began his career in La Rochelle, is a genius chef who opened the restaurant "Sola" in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, France in November 2010 and earned a Michelin star in just over a year.
It is characterized by a strong style that does not rely on expensive ingredients but instead uses ingredients that are available anywhere, something that would be impossible without skill and imagination.
