Omino Kamiyacho is creating a sensation in the world of yakitori

Omino Kamiyacho, a famous yakitori restaurant, newly opened at Gochimeshi Exclusive last summer.

I personally have a selfish wish that famous restaurants should be located in backstreets or narrow alleys, hidden away from the public eye. Perhaps this is because of the joy of discovering one and the sense of security of not being noticed by others, the special connotation of finding one's own hideaway or treasure.

Omino Kamiyacho has just that kind of appearance: a place you're glad to know about but would want to keep secret, yet at the same time it would be a shame to keep such a place all to yourself.

As soon as you step inside the restaurant, you'll be greeted by a clean, plain wooden counter, delicious yakitori and seasonal Japanese cuisine, and a first-rate service and atmosphere.

It would be difficult to make simple and straightforward yakitori unless you have confidence in your skill, discerning ability to judge ingredients, and ability to procure them.

There "Omino Kamiyacho" - there's nothing to be said about the skill and artisans!
Torishiki has trained for six years and has carefully stacked the charcoal to quickly sear the surface at close range without letting the flames rise, sealing in the juices with his skill.
